Does Costco Do Alignments? No — Here’s Where to Go Instead (2026)

Does Costco Do Alignments?

No, Costco does not offer wheel alignment services. While Costco’s Tire Centers are fantastic for buying and installing tires, rotating them, and balancing wheels, alignment isn’t part of their service menu.

Costco focuses specifically on tire sales, installation, rotation, balancing, flat repair, and nitrogen inflation. Their service bays are designed for these tasks and don’t include alignment racks.

What to do instead: If you buy new tires at Costco, I always recommend getting an alignment done at a separate shop before or after installation. Driving on new tires with bad alignment will wear them unevenly and void tread warranties.

My take: Costco’s tire prices are hard to beat, but plan to visit a dedicated alignment shop separately. It’s a small extra step that protects your tire investment.
