Why a hand-stitched half-round earns its place

Four checks before you buy a wood rasp

1. Hand-stitched versus machine-cut teeth

Machine-cut rasps have regular tooth rows and usually offer good value for quick stock removal. Hand-stitched rasps use individually raised, unevenly spaced teeth.
